We are pleased to announce the launching of our brand new customer portal with effect from 15th August 2018. With this portal, you can now access and check your certificate(s) details, update your personal information and address, as well as subscribing your new certificate online.

To use this portal, you may have to re-register here.  After this step is complete, you will receive a Pin Mailer containing your password, which will be sent to your registered address. Please make sure to change your password immediately to get access to the portal. While you’re there, please take a moment to review the profile information we have for you and ensure that it is accurate.  

As this is a new effort, there will probably be some teething problems before things work out smoothly.
